Katy Dumont, LCSW

Co-Owner and Counselor

Katy works with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, codependency and relationship difficulties. She also works with individuals with grief and end-of-life challenges. 


Katy is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This is an approach to couples therapy that integrates research-based interventions to facilitate improved communication, mutual understanding and a deeper connection for couples. 

Kat Ordonia, LMHC, PMH-C

Co-Owner and Counselor

Kat works with individuals who might be suffering from depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, communication issues, substance abuse, or those who may be coping with trauma. She is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and has some Gottman Training.

Kat implements a collaborative and person centered approach. Her goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment throughout each client's journey towards finding clarity and stability in their lives.

Alison Moore, LCSW


Alison works with individuals, couples, and seniors. She works with individuals who seek help with a variety of life stressors including depression, anxiety, grief, and coping with past trauma. 

Alison has extensive knowledge with cognitive behavioral therapy and geriatric counseling. She engages those who wish to experience an improved quality of life both as an individual and within their personal relationships. Alison accepts Medicare as well as other major health plans.

Janet Allen, LCSW


Janet is a bilingual therapist who works with couples experiencing stressors including communication difficulties, codependency and intimacy issues. She provides a structured and strength based approach in order to work collaboratively with couples.

Janet has has completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. 

Janet has extensive experience working with crisis stabilization as well as within the education system.

Tyauna Woods, LCSW


Tyauna works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress or trauma. She also works with college students and adults who may be struggling with a variety of life transitions. She provides a calm, healing space for individuals processing the impact of grief, loss, relationship difficulties and challenges with self-love.

Tyauna uses a strength based approach, implementing compassion and confidence to provide clients with an opportunity to build resiliency and gain confidence in themselves as they face adversity.

James Miller, MS

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern


James is a therapist who works with children (ages 6-12), adolescents, families, couples and individuals. Much of his work has included assisting clients who experience behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, or other stressful events, that cause difficulties at work, home, school or in relationships.

His approach is person-centered, using concepts that assist individuals in increasing self-awareness of unhelpful attitudes and behaviors which block growth. James also has some Gottman Training. He also uses cognitive behavioral techniques to work collaboratively with clients in developing behavioral strategies that may bring about change. 

Araceli Gauna-Scattolini, MS

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern


Araceli is a bilingual therapist who works with children (8-12), teens, and families. Her approach to counseling is client-centered and collaborative, meaning that you are involved in your treatment and work together as a team. She helps her clients address symptoms of depression, anxiety, and impacts of systemic and cultural influences while in therapy. Araceli also provides a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ members to attend therapy.

Jen McLaughlin, MS

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Jen is a therapist who works with adolescents and adult individuals struggling with anxiety symptoms and those having a hard time adjusting to significant life changes, loss, and social isolation. She listens and works in partnership with the client to set therapeutic goals and teach tools that increase well-being, communication, and self-regulation. 

Jen brings years of professional and lived experience supporting neurodiverse populations and those working in the creative, corporate, and tech industries. She uses a strength-based, integrative approach to therapy. Jen combines her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, additional training in CBT for Anxiety, and certifications in somatic (Yoga and Mindful Meditation) techniques to help calm the overactive brain. Jen is a Certified Autism-Informed Professional who advocates for neurodiversity.
