Early Bird pricing ends 8/31* This 6-hour workshop will take place in two sections: Thursday September 5 from 6p - 9p (Part 1) Saturday September 7 from 9:00a - 12:00p (Part 2) Thriving Together: Couples Workshop uses the Gottman Seven Principles program to provide couples with the tools and skills they need to go the distance. Couples will learn the principles in a variety of ways, including deepening their bond and admiration, solving problems, overcoming gridlock, and increasing intimacy. Great for Couples: -in a committed relationship -preparing for marriage -cohabiting -married Not for Couples: -experiencing severe relationship distress -emotional abuse -domestic violence -active addictions -serious mental health problems​ Cost Includes: The workbook materials, lunch, and refreshments. BONUS: Fun date night door prizes! Please note: Exercises are done privately between the couple. Sharing in front of the group is not required. Meet your instructor: Katherine Pilarte, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at Atala Counseling. She has a Master's Degree in Marriage, Couples, & Family Counseling from Stetson University and has experience helping couples become stronger. She is also Gottman and Prepare-Enrich trained - both are renowned relationship/couple experts. Katherine is married and uses Gottman's Seven Principles to make the bond with her husband a great one. DISCLAIMER: We want to take a moment and advise you that this workshop is psycho-educational, meaning that it was designed to serve as teaching and guidance for you and is not couples therapy. Educators are available to assist with class exercises, not to conduct therapy.
